Near the base of Mt. St. Helens, located in the heart of Dole Valley Washington, Millars Fine Roasted Coffee has been in the specialty coffee business for over 15 years. Family owned and operated, Millars uses a blend of ORGANIC, FAIR TRADE and 100% SUSTAINABLE high quality arabica green beans. Roasting with the traditional, old world, cast iron, Turkish drum roasters, heat is consistently radiated to bring out the full flavor of the beans without burning them. Each one of these batches is roasted by hand and with a meticulous attention to detail, insuring that each blend is perfect. We have specifically designed our coffee blends to be versatile enough to be used for espresso, as well as drip coffee.

These days, coffee and espresso coffee is roasted using propane as the heat source, in most situations. For centuries coffee was roasted using the heat of fire. We've decided to combine these two techniques, thus creating an entirely new flavor of coffee! Using local select hardwoods, Millar's Genuine Wood Roasted Coffee is produced, all while preserving the environment. We do not believe in cutting down healthy growing timber for our roasting process. Instead, we use only trees that have been brought down from storms and other natural hazards.
